Are your products authentically Swedish?

Yes! All our products are designed, manufactured and assembled in Sweden. As much as possible of our materials are also sourced in Sweden, read more about how we try to be thoughtful around sustainability and how we source here: Thoughtful Sourcing

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to mainland USA, Canada, Norway, Japan and all the countries in the European Union, we are working on adding more countries as we go. If you are interested in our product and live outside of these countries, please reach out to us and we will see if we can arrange for a shipment to you!  

 

How much does shipping cost?

We have a flat rate shipping fee depending on where you are placing your order from: 

  • USD: 10 USD  
  • Canada: CAD 14
  • European Union: EUR 8.95
  • Sweden: 49 SEK 

What are my shipping options?

For shipments inside of Sweden we use Schenker as the shipping partner, for the rest of the world we use UPS. 

What are your shipping times?

Orders are normally sent out by our warehouse within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation (note that we have Swedish daytime hours in the warehouse). The total estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days, mostly depending on how far from Sweden you live.

Do I need to pay taxes/VAT or tariffs on my order?

Oh, do we wish the answer to this question was an easy one to answer, but it does depend on where you are located.  

USA: 

The US has a rule for imports which means that goods with a value of $800 or less can be imported into the US without any tariffs or customs duties. This is the de minimis threshold, which means US customers generally do not pay duties or tariffs on lower-value items and your order from Woxna should be no problem.  

Canada: 

The rules for importing goods into Canada are a bit more complicated, in general you as a customer will not need to pay tariffs on our goods but might need to pay import fees such as brokerage fee and GST.  

  • Our products are produced in Sweden(Europe) which means that there is no tariffs due to CETA agreement between Canada and the European Union   
  • GST/HST will apply based on the value of the goods (above CAD 40). For items over CAD 150, both customs duties (if applicable) and GST/HST may be charged. 
  • Brokerage fees could apply depending on the shipping service.  

Norway:

We are registered for paying VAT in Norway with VOEC register nr: 3018709 and there is no tariffs for our products sold in Norway.

European Union: 

We are collecting and paying VAT for the products sold to end customers located in all the EU-countries, there are no tariffs on these sales either.  

I haven’t received my package, how can I track it?

After your order ships from our warehouse, you'll get an email with a tracking number. Use the link in the email or visit the carrier's website to track your order. Most of the questions regarding where your package is located the carrier will be most suitable to answer. Please contact us at hello@woxna.com if you haven’t received your e-mail with tracking information.  

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not been processed at our warehouse yet you can cancel or change the order by using the link in your order confirmation e-mail. If the order has already been processed and is on its way to you, you will have to make a return shipment to us.

Where do I send a return

Start by e-mailing us at hello@woxna.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number, then pack your product and mark the package with the RA-number. Send the package to

Are your products covered by a warranty?

At Woxna, we're proud to stand behind the quality of our hand tools and offer you a limited lifetime warranty. If your tool has an issue due to a material or production related defect, we’ll gladly repair or replace it at no cost to you. Limited in this case simply means that it doesn’t cover normal wear and tear such as cutting edges that will be worn down by normal use of the products.

Can I visit the factory?

The simple answer is no, we’re usually not staffed to receive any spontaneous visitors to our offices, and we don’t have any on site shop.If you want to meet us, please start by contacting us on hello@woxna.com
