Warranty
At Woxna, we take great pride in the quality of our hand tools and offer a limited lifetime warranty. In this context, "limited" simply means that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, such as an edge that naturally dulls or wears down through regular use.
We guarantee the original purchaser that our tools are free from defects in both craftsmanship and materials for the lifetime of the tool. If your tool experiences issues due to a material or manufacturing defect, we will gladly repair or replace it at no cost to you.
What is not covered by our warranty:
- Normal wear and tear: Consumable parts such as knives and cutting edges are not included in the lifetime warranty as they naturally wear down with regular use.
- Blade damage during use: Our saw blades are precision tools made of thin steel (1.2–1.5 mm, compared to knife blades which are typically 2–4 mm thick) to ensure a clean and efficient cut. The warranty does not cover blades that have been bent, cracked, or broken due to the saw getting stuck or being handled carelessly.
- Incorrect technique: It is essential to learn the correct technique for a pull saw. Damage occurring because the saw is pushed too hard (as the blade is at its most vulnerable when being pushed away from you) or due to modifications and misuse is not covered by the warranty.
