• High Carbon Steel

The Hälsing blade is made from a high-carbon steel with a black oxidation and a clear coat to prevent rust. It offers excellent sharpness, edge retention, and durability for heavy-duty use.

  • Versatility with a 7 TPI Blade

The 7 TPI (teeth per inch) blade is a versatile compromise for all your outdoor needs. It effortlessly handles green and dry wood, softwood and hardwood, and can even cut plastic and bone. Just remember that bone is abrasive and will wear the blade down faster than wood.

  • Ease and Efficiency with a 3-phased Grind

Our saws feature a 3-phased grind that cuts on the pull stroke, providing greater control and less strain. The teeth are hardened to 62 HRC for long-lasting sharpness, while spacious gullets efficiently clear sawdust to reduce drag.

Which size is right for you?

If keeping your gear as light as possible is the priority, like when heading out on day trips, the shorter Hälsning (180 mm/7in) is the best fit.

In most other cases, we recommend the longer Hälsning (250 mm/10in). The extra blade length makes every stroke more efficient, so sawing feels smoother and requires less effort.

  • Steel
