Arbrå Folding Saw
Arbrå is our most durable, folding hand saw with a canvas micarta and a traditional high-carbon steel blade, designed for frequent and heavy use. It's ideal for those who require a sturdy yet compact tool for bushcraft, camping, and hunting.

High Carbon Steel
The blade is made from a high carbon steel with a black oxidation and a clear coat that reduces the risk of rust. These blades have excellent sharpness and edge retention properties. They also have great ductility, making them a great choice for heavy-duty use.

Versatility with a 7 TPI Blade
With a teeth pitch of 7 TPI (teeth per inch) these saws can handle both green and dry wood, as well as softwood and hardwood. It is a versatile compromise for all your outdoor needs. These saws are also capable of cutting through other materials such as plastic and bone. But do remember that bone is quite abrasive and will wear down any blade more quickly than wood.

Ease and Efficiency with a 3-phased Grind
Our saws feature a 3-phased grind that saw on the pull, i.e. when you pull the saw towards you. This gives you more control, minimizes the risk of buckling and puts less strain on both you and the saw. The teeth are hardened to 62 HRC for a durable sharpness. Our tooth geometry also has more spacious gullets which helps to shed sawdust and mulch efficiently, keeping the cutting path clear and reducing drag.

Clean Cuts with a Concave Blade Profile
Unlike saws with set teeth, our blades instead feature a concave grind along the side of the blade to prevent binding. This produces very clean cuts. While set teeth will leave marks on the wood surface parallel to the cut, our teeth are flush with the blade, resulting in fine, smooth surfaces. This design is ideal for tasks like pruning trees, where a clean cut is crucial for the tree’s ability to protect itself and heal effectively.
"To our knowledge, this is the first Micarta-handled saw on the market. At Woxna, we love pushing the boundaries of what a saw can be, both in performance and in design"

Micarta Handle
The micarta we’ve chosen comes from Norplex-Micarta in Iowa, USA, and is made from canvas fabric and phenolic resin. For the technically curious:
• Rockwell Hardness: 90 (M scale)
• Flexural Strength: 23,800 psi
•Tensile Strength: 12,500 psi
• Compressive Strength: 44,700 psi
• Moisture Absorption: 3.2% after 24 hours in water
In short: tough enough to outlast us all
